[Ingredients]
Cucumber------------ 1 stick Garlic------------------ 1 clove Ginger----------------- 10 g Red chili pepper---- 1/2 stick
[Seasoning]
Sugar----------------- 1Tablespoon Rice Vinegar-------- 1Tablespoon Salt-------------------- 1/4 teaspoon Sesame Oil---------- 1/4 teaspoon
[How to make]
1. Cut cucumber into sticks a little bit shorter than a finger, cut vertically into 2 pieces. Then use the knife to smash the cucumber.
2. Mince chop garlic and ginger, cut red chili pepper into rings(take out the pepper seeds to avoid too spicy).
3. Mix the seasonings with the ingredients well. Let it sit for 10 mins. Remove to the plate and serve.

きゅうり---------------------1本 にんにく---------------------ひとかけ しょうが---------------------ひとかけ 生唐辛子---------------------1本
[調味料]
砂糖-------------------------大さじ1 米酢-------------------------大さじ1 塩----------------------------小さじ1/4 ごま油----------------------小さじ1/4
[作り方]
1. きゅうり一本を四当分に切り、縦に半分切ってから包丁で叩く。
2. にんにく、しょうがをみじん切り、生唐辛子は輪切り。辛いのが苦手な場合は生唐辛子を入れない、もしくはタネを抜くこと。
3. 調味料を入れ、タッパの中でよく混ぜて味が染み込むまで約10分ほど置く。
